Challenge
Explaining how large language models work to non-technical executive audiences is one of the hardest problems in AI consulting. Abstract diagrams fail to convey the dynamic, layered nature of transformer architectures. Prospects would nod politely but leave without truly understanding what they were buying.
Approach
We built Xavier as an interactive 3D experience using React Three Fiber, custom GLSL shaders, and animated data flow particles. The model layers are navigable in real time, with each layer annotated to explain its role in the inference process. The experience runs in the browser with no installation and adapts to reduced motion preferences.
Results
Xavier is now used in every Xephyr client presentation and has been credited in multiple post-meeting surveys as the reason a prospect chose to proceed. The visualisation has been featured in two industry publications and shared widely on LinkedIn. It demonstrates Xephyr's technical capability more effectively than any written case study could.
