Xephyr was founded by engineers and strategists who had spent years inside large organisations watching promising AI initiatives stall — not for lack of good ideas, but for lack of the infrastructure, process, and organisational alignment to make them real. We built Xephyr to close that gap.
Since our founding, we have worked with over 40 organisations across financial services, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing. Our team has grown from two co-founders to a distributed team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists — united by a belief that well-executed AI and data work can genuinely transform how organisations operate.
