We Stand Behind Our Work

Our guarantees apply to all new clients who engage Xephyr for the specific services listed. Each guarantee has its own eligibility conditions outlined in the scope and conditions section of each card. Guarantees apply to the initial engagement for each service type.

Email guarantee@xephyr.com within 14 calendar days of the guarantee timeframe expiring. Include your project name, the specific guarantee, and evidence that the threshold was not met. Our team will respond within 3 business days with a resolution plan.

Guarantees are scoped to deliverables where Xephyr controls the outcome — the artifacts and systems we build and deliver. They do not cover outcomes dependent on client adoption, internal change management, or third-party service availability. See each guarantee's conditions for specifics.

For refund-based guarantees (like the Discovery Sprint), "free" means a full refund of the engagement fee to the original payment method within 15 business days of claim approval. For remediation-based guarantees, "free" means additional engineering work at no extra charge, up to the hours cap specified in the guarantee.

A claim may be denied if: the conditions listed on the guarantee were not met (e.g., client did not provide data access on time), the claim is submitted after the 14-day claim window, or the unmet threshold was caused by factors outside Xephyr's control as documented in the engagement agreement.

Within 3 business days of receiving your claim, we'll acknowledge receipt and assign a reviewer. Within 10 business days, you'll receive a written determination. If approved, the remedy (refund or rework) begins within 5 business days of approval.
